At Artizan Joyeria, we want you to be completely in love with your unique jewelry pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Artizan packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include any provided documentation.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
